"If you're reading this, notice on my profile I only leave bad reviews or REALLY GOOD reviews because it had made such a huge impact to the point where I just had to leave a review. Now, where do I start with Mr Davis Bartels and his amazing, caring team...About a month ago, my fiancé and myself were officially ready to start the next chapter in our life, starting with finding a home. At first I didn't know where to begin. I was actually referred over to Davis from A very good friend of mine and funny enough, he was literally 5 steps away from me as he visited my work office. It's kind of weird how it all worked out but everything happens for a reason. Upon officially meeting Davis, I got to get a feel for him and how he operates to see if this is someone I can trust and work with in finding us a home. I decided to move forward at this point. Now I won't go into full detail but I will say that at first I was very scared and overwhelmed with everything as this was so foreign to me. Davis and his team including Jordan, Rachel and Logan literally walked me through this whole process. Lost to a few offers with this crazy market but Davis assured me that he was going to find us a keeper. I asked numerous questions, expressed my concerns and every single time any of them picked up the phone or replied, I got my answer. Davis was able to find us a house that we fell in love with and he worked his magic somehow to close escrow for me and my fiancé in about 16 days!!! That's literally insane!! Now, this might not be the same for you but that's just to show you how quick this team can get things done. There is literally nothing negative I can mention in this review. It was not only an amazing, learning, fun- filled journey but Davis and his team has me for life. I will not use anyone else I don't care who you are. Lastly to end this I will say, if this is your first house and you're scared of this process or you're just looking around for a realtor just know I was there...and without Davis's help, I wouldn't have the keys to my new home in my pocket.
