We met Davis 3 years ago when my daughter and her husband purchased a townhome and his company was representing the seller. We were so taken by his demeanor and knowledge that when my daughter decided to purchase the property she used him as her agent. He was able to negotiate a great price and he made the buying process as stress free as it can be. The whole experience was so positive I knew that whenever I sold a home I would call him to represent us as sellers. We recently had a rental in the Westhills area that we decided to sell. His marketing skills are excellent and he made the selling process as easy as it can be. With just his targeted pre-market roll out and signage before we even hit the MLS we had 6 offers, with the accepted offer being $80,000 over asking. We were thrilled. He could not have been a better advocate for us. I trust him implicitly. We hope to be putting another home on the market soon and of course he will be our guy. My daughter and sister are also thinking of using him. He is the type of person that does not sweat the small stuff and just removes so much stress from the situation. First and foremost, I am certain that there is a small percentage of people with the challenge I presented to Davis. I was recommended to Davis from a friend and she said that "he's one of the best in the business, if he can't do it, nobody can." To be honest, I didn't think he could pull it off. When dealing with my short sale with three different Lenders, one being a city government CRA loan, it is very difficult to have all parties come to a unanimous decision. There were several obstacles he jumped over with his outstanding negotiating skills. I was very impressed to see him succeed where others had failed. So if you really want to do a short sale or standard sale on your house, condo, or townhouse it doesn't matter, Davis Bartels is your man! Thanks David I appreciate you Larry Simon
