Davis did an amazing job working with us in finding the perfect home. As first time home buyers, there was a lot of fear heading into the process, as we didn't know w hole bunch. From the start he was very professional, and actually LISTENED to us, remembering what we were looking for exactly, price points, location, etc. Almost always available if we had any questions whatsoever, and also had great referrals for various things that may or not have needed to be fixed or updated. He took most of the stress out of buying a home, letting us know how the process would work, all the way up until closing. We were actually able to close earlier than expected, and our house appraised OVER what it initially was valued at. Not only is he a great realtor, but genuine human being as well. Doing what he can to be of service. Highly recommend.
