Davis was excellent to work with, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in the recent transaction where he represented both sides of a condo deal. I was looking to purchase something with my best friend to help her with her first home purchase and Davis was the listing agent. I live in a different city and travel a lot, so Davis stepped in as needed to coordinate the logistics of the deal for me. It is not often that you find an agent who maintains what is best for the seller and the buyer in a double-sided deal, but he was able to communicate the needs of both parties and ensure that everything worked smoothly throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who is experienced and willing to work to get you exactly what you want.
