A few months ago we were thinking of buying our first home, so I reached out to Davis with some basic questions since the whole process seemed daunting especially during the time of Covid-19. He and Simone took a call with me to explain current market conditions and realistic expectations. 2 months after our first call we closed on our first home! We would go on to work with Simone and she was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us, and always available to answer any questions. If we texted her, she always got back right away. She also was great about letting us be in control, and helping us find the right home for our family. Another thing that we were unsure of was the whole loan process and pre-approval. They can also steer you in the right direction if you have no idea how and where to start. After we closed, Simone checked back in with us, and also had a great list contractors for things we wanted to get done around the house. We never imagined we'd be living in our first home so quickly. They are truly experts in their field, and you will be in good hands. They are very up to date with the whole real estate market and Covid-19 procedures. Their communication is top notch!

Working with Davis was a real pleasure. We didn't know any real estate agent in the area so we decided to meet with one that was suggested by Zillow.
