Davis is super knowledgeable, helpful & hard working. He took us to see many properties & was extremely patient with us. I often felt like we were wasting time looking at properties we didn't like. Instead of treating it that way, he used the information to narrow our search & advise us before going to see properties with similar features. When I found the house I loved, Davis went to bat hard for us. He represented our needs & negotiated with the seller's agent in a way that was very favorable. Throughout the process, he referred us to people tyst helped with the process of getting our loan. He also helped us decipher paperwork, get copies of stuff, whatever we needed to finish our app & close escrow. I cannot recommend Davis enough. He really made the entire home buying experience enjoyable and dare I say easy for us! In today's market that's no small feat.

He found the PERFECT house for us after we explained what we were looking for. He then directed us in the sometimes tricky negotiations that followed in securing a successful purchase. Every request I had was responded to nearly instantly. I had to go back and forth with the seller on a few issues. He acted as liaison and was able to get some concessions I asked for. This was all new to me and he walked me through all the contingency periods with guidance on what to expect through each. He referred me to contractors that I used for some things I needed to take care of and also referred me to some potential roommates. It seems like he went far above and beyond what most realtors would do for their clients. Basically he put my mind at ease through everything, answered everything I needed, and put it all in perspective for me; where something as daunting as a first time home purchase might be it wasn't overwhelming at all.
