After a long and successful career in animation film production, Jennifer Damiani brings a unique and well rounded perspective to the real estate industry. Her experience in the film world provided a strong foundation in creative problem solving, production management, and marketing, skills that translate seamlessly into navigating complex real estate transactions.

Between concluding her film production career and transitioning into real estate, Jennifer graduated with honors from California Lutheran University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. This educational background, combined with years of professional experience, allows her to approach real estate with structure, organization, and a high level of professionalism.

Much like the film industry, real estate is multifaceted and constantly evolving. Jennifer’s experience enables her to guide clients through the buying and selling process with confidence, adaptability, and care. She is known for her nurturing approach, ensuring her clients feel well represented, informed, and supported throughout every step of the transaction.

Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and a resident of the Conejo Valley for over 30 years, Jennifer has extensive knowledge of neighborhoods, streets, and communities throughout Los Angeles County and Ventura County. Her long standing passion for real estate and love of helping others find the right home make her a trusted resource for buyers and sellers alike.

Outside of real estate, Jennifer treasures time with her family and is a proud grandmother to five grandchildren. She also enjoys tending to the family’s boutique vineyard with her husband, Steve, and spending quality time with loved ones.
