Jennifer Damiani

After a long and fulfilling career in Animation Film Production, Jennifer brings a different perspective to the Real Estate Industry. The multifaceted nature of the creative film process gave Jennifer an extensive professional background in not only the artistic process but also Production Film Management, and Marketing. In between wrapping up her film production career and transitioning into Real Estate, Jennifer graduated with honors from California Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership.

Like the Film Industry, Real Estate is a multi-faceted industry as well, with many variables, ever moving ever-changing, Years of experience have naturally given Jennifer the ability to navigate through the challenges of buying or selling a home while having a nurturing quality to ensure that her clients are well represented and well taken care of.

For as long as she can remember, Jennifer has always had a passion for Real Estate. She loves looking through home listings and finding the perfect home for family and friends. Having been born and raised in the SFV and then moving to the Conejo Valley 30 years ago, Jennifer has a vast knowledge of the streets and neighborhoods of LA and Ventura counties.

Jennifer loves her family and is a grandmother to 4 (and one on the way), beautiful grandchildren! Playing with all of them is her favorite pastime along with tending to their “boutique” vineyard with her husband, Steve.
